Dude, that desktop looks clean! Which version of Linux are you running?
I've only used Red Hat (for work, so not sure of version) and Ubuntu LTR.

I'm running Linux Mint right now, it's kinda more useful than Lubuntu, and less resource consuming compared to Ubuntu. I'm running it on a 2007 laptop right now and the only thing that's been slowing down the system is Google Chrome once in a while.

Loves me some Linux. If it wasn't for games I wouldn't run Windows and if it wasn't for a ton of other software I wouldn't run Windows or Mac OS.

well now that Steam on Linux is getting better, it should start to get interesting. If it turns out well, it might push more publishers into the Linux zone!

Project CARS is coming to Steam OS and as soon as it hits I'm probably going to setup another harddrive in my desktop to try it out.

Mhmm, maybe I should try it? My 7 yr old laptop (Dell Inspiron e1505) is running Ubuntu (12.04? I think). I had to turn off majority of the small things just to get it roughly good.
Question, when you click the 'Menu' button, what are all the options the drop down gives you?

Well it's fairly customisable, so right now it looks something like this:
it's possible to change the arrangements to things like GNOME, Windows 7, Ubuntu and some other ones that I haven't tried yet.

That's good, I love ubuntu's classic layout.

I always liked Linux Mint, really good distro. Though #! (CrunchBang) was my favorite after a while due to its super light-weight operation, makes me want to set up a Linux machine again....

I used to run RedHat for a while, until I had to go to Windows 7.
Knoppix is one of the best tools in my computer repair tool box.
